Possible Reasons for Registry Problems,
1. You may be using an email that is being used for another account.
2. The Username you may be trying to use may be already in use.
3. You may have typed in your "Retype Password" wrong.
4. Your Signature may be over 250 Characters.
5. You may have typed in the Security Code wrong.
